Call of Duty: MW3 - Mission: Mind the Gap - Overview
"Mind the
Gap" is the seventh mission of Call of Duty: MW3. Marcus Burns, a SAS
Commando is the playable character in this mission. The objective of mission
“Mind the Gap” is to secure the tucks with unknown supplies.
MI6 officer informs to
SIS chief about a suspicious shipment headed for London. Chief tells to notify
MI5 about the situation. MI5 Director then communicates with Baseplate and
provides possible entry points of the targeted location.
Baseplate, with
unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) circles to gather intel on the warehouse area. He
described the situation in that area to the SAS Bravo team. Sgt. Marcus Burns,
with Wallcroft and Griffen, take the passages behind the warehouse. To secure
the warehouse the team kills several enemies. As per the instruction, they did
it without alerting any other hostiles. Securing the ally team Bravo enters the
warehouse. Clearing the second-floor lobby they move forward to the top floor.
Team Sierra also cleared the path for them from the outside.

The team exits the
warehouse through the windows and engages in a direct fight with terrorists.
Clearing the dock area SAS team moves for the truck. Burns opens the doors and
finds nothing. At that moment another group of terrorists attacks the team.
Wallcroft asks Vulture Two to give some assists. Vulture Two keeps assisting
until the remaining terrorists fall back.
Terrorists fall back to
an underground tube tunnel, where they hijack a tube train. Wallcroft, with the
other chase after them with a pair of pickups to stop the train. During the
chase team Bravo communicates to Baseplate to get the destination point of the
train they are chasing. Before they can take out the driver, a SAS commando on
the other truck is shot and killed. Losing control the truck crashes into the
train derailing it. Wallcroft keeps driving their truck dodging the derailed
train until it flips.
Regaining consciousness
Burns saw Wallcroft walk from the flaming wreckage and checked on him, appeared
that Griffen didn’t survive. It’s now only two of them continue the mission.
Searching for survivors they reach the Westminster station platform. There they
engage in a fight with the surviving terrorists. Burns and Wallcroft fighting
their way up to the street ask Baseplate for some backup.
Reaching the street
Burns saw Wallcroft join with police and another SAS team. The teams block a
road to stop a terrorist truck probably containing the chemicals. They open
fires when the truck approaches and manage to secure it. Wallcroft then tries
to contact Baseplate to find the location of the remaining but gets nothing.

There are 3 Intel you
can find in Mission Mind the Gap.
01. Intel number
seventeen, the first one of the mission is located in a building opposite the
warehouse.
02. Second you will
find it on the second floor of the building behind the targeted truck.
03. You will find the
third Intel behind the counter of a magazine store at the station. As you get
to the top of the first escalator, you will see the store situated just on the
right side of the exit point.

Intel Locations Guide:
Davis Family Vacation
It is a cinematic
cutscene containing the vacation trip of the Davis Family in London. Also known
as "Mission 8".
Mr. Davis turns his
camera on and films his wife and daughter on the walkway in London. Sarah,
Davis's daughter mentions that they’re going to Big Ben. She spins around and
laughs, seems she is excited to see it. A box truck then stops around the
corner and two men in masks run away leaving the truck behind. Sarah runs
toward a flock of pigeons on the corner. As she reaches the truck, it explodes,
killing all of them. It appears that the truck was containing the chemical
weapon, the MI6 was looking for.
