Resident Evil 6 - Episode: The Quad Tower - Overview

The Quad Tower is the sixteenth part of Leon's campaign and the second part (Episode) of the fifth chapter. This content covers a parts of chapter five, known as “Quad Tower”.

Walkthrough:

In the square of the building the two check for surviving soldiers. They spot Derek Simmons and point their gun at him. Leon says “Back for more”. Ada arrives with her chopper. Simmons tells Ada that he knows that she did this to him and blames her for all she does. Leon then wishes for Simmons.

Then Leon confronts Simmons. Simmons transforms into a dinosaur with an eye inside its mouth. Leon uses the explosives to cause heavy damage to him. Ada provides backup from the chopper. Simmons makes a huge noise that causes trouble for Leon and Helena. He transforms back into his human after taking certain damage. Once he is back in his human form, Leon engages in a fistfight with him. After that Simmons transforms back again to the dinosaur. Leon shoots and destroys the barrels twice as Derek tries to attack him. Then the soldier who helped them to reach the tower arrives with an open jeep mounted two 50.cal machine guns in it. The soldier asks them to board. As the two are in the soldier starts to drive.

Derek then starts chasing the car. Leon and Helena use the mounted 50.cals machine gun to slow down and hunt Simmons. Leon and Helena manage to avoid the first strike. Simmons then blocks the path of the jeep throwing a car. Leon shoots and destroys a barrel so they can escape. It seems Simmons gets angrier and starts chasing the car again. This time he strikes the jeep and tosses it in the air. The soldier dies as it crashes on the ground, but Leon and Helena manage to jump down before. The jeep caught on fire and was destroyed.

As Leon says that they pissed him off, Helena tells him to stay focused. Simmons turns back to human again and Leon engages him in a close fight. After that, he turns back to the dinosaur form and this time he starts to throw the burning cars here and there. He targets Leon and the others. Leon found another vehicle with 50.cal machine gun mounted in it. He uses it against Simmons. Simmons turns back to Human form and Leon does the same. As he turns back, Leon runs toward the 50.cal machine gun and starts shooting again. But this time Simmons attack and destroy the car. Leon falls to the ground and manages to escape.

Simmons transforms two more times. Leon and Helena manage to defeat Simmons with the support of Ada. As the two reach Simmons, Ada points the focus light on them. As they look at her, she heads for to rooftop. Leon and Helena decide to follow her. They use the elevator to get to the rooftop. As they reach the half way a blast sends the elevator in the air. They manage to jump on another one. But this one starts to collapse. They manage to grab the cable and start to climb up. During the climb, they witness that Ada is confronting Simmons.

Ada uses her grappling gun to escape the fall as the bridge is destroyed. Leon and Helena climb into a broken part while Ada is fighting on the other part. Leon and Helena start to provide supporting fire. After some time the part where Leon and Helena were standing starts to collapse. They jump and grab a rope. Then they start to climb up. Something explodes on the roof and Helena loses her grip as she gets hit by a falling wood. Leon managed to grab her and help her to take the rope again. Then they climb up to reach the rooftop. Simmons jumps at their location and starts to chase them. Helena asks Ada to provide backup.

As Ada shoots Simmons, He jumps at her and attacks her. Ada falls, and Leon then jumps down to help Ada and asks Helena for backup. After some time Ada regained her consciousness. Then Leon and Ada confront Simmons. After some fight, Simmons pushes Leon to the edge of the bridge. Leon manages to hang on grabbing the edge. Simmons tries to kill him but Ada stabs an arrow in Simmons from behind. She jumps taking Simmons with her and uses her grappling gun to reach the other side releasing him. Simmons falls on fire. Leon witnesses him burning. Ada leaves sending a message. Helena asks Leon to go after her but Leon says they have to stick together. The episode ends as Leon moves toward Helena.
