Call of Duty: MW3 - Mission: Resistance Movement (Special Ops) - Overview
“Resistance Movement”
is the tenth mission of Special Ops Mission Mode in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare
3. The mission covers a partial map of mission “Eye of the Storm”. The
objective is to save the rebels and take them to the extraction point. This is
a stealth mission and the player must use the weapons provided in the
beginning. Try to avoid the detection, because if one can spot you, he will
alert the other, also they will kill the civilian you rescued. You will find
seven civilians around the map.

In the beginning, Soap
asks to rescue the rebels and take them with you on your way to the extraction.
This may help to repay the favor they did in mission “Eye of the Storm”. Move
for the exit, from there you can spot three hostile, and kill them. You will
spot two more hostile down the street escorting the first rebel. Wait until
they reach the truck, and take them out.
Move for the truck, and
look inside the building on your right, you will spot two hostile there, one at
the left and the second at the right of the counter, Take them out. Now free the
first rebel and go for the next hiding behind the counter inside the building.
**You can easily find
their (rebels) location. Look for a red glow around you, rebels are hiding on
that spot.
Exiting the building,
as you move ahead, you will spot the third rebel being chased by a dog and two
guards from the right junction. Take out the dog first and then the soldiers to
rescue the rebel.
**Try to kill the dog
before the rebel hits the ground.
Freeing the third
civilian, when you reach the statue, you will notice an enemy appear from
behind an armored vehicle on the left and kill him. Another will appear from
behind the burning truck on the right. Once you reach the burning truck, look
to your left, you will spot two hostile with a dog. Take out them. You will
spot a red glowing.
**You must always kill
the dog(s) first.
Reach the end of the
road and turn left. One soldier will come out from the building in front and
another from the left corner, take them down. Don’t forget to look for the
glowing spot you saw earlier. There you will find the fourth rebel.
Push for the building,
once you are inside look for a hostile over the stairs and kill them. Move up
the second floor and push through the lobby. Take a left and then a right, and
you will spot two more there and kill them. Careful when you move forward,
there is another one inside the room. Through the opening of the room, you can
kill him. Move forward to the next lobby, and slow down at the cornet. On your
left, you will spot one standing near the window, kill him. You will spot
another near the stairs resting on a chair. Eliminate him and move down to the
ground floor. Take the secondary entrance to exit, and hold a second, one will
arrive from the left and kill him.
Reach for the exit, you
will spot three hostile there and two more moving to the south. Wait for the
two to pass, now kill the three. Exit the building, then aim for the two. There
is a store on your right, rebel number five is hiding inside it.
But before you go for
him, move near the parking sign. Aim at the left of the statue, you will notice
that the sixth is being brought to kill. Eliminate the three hostile to save
him. Now go for the fifth and then free the sixth.
Take the narrow alley
on the east from behind the statue, jump over the fence, and reach the other
side. Once you arrive on this side you will spot two hostile near the truck and
kill them. Two more are standing in front of the clothing store, kill them.
Inside that store, the last rebel is hiding. But before you head to him, kill
all the targets at the turning of the road on your right. Now free the rebel
and run for the extraction truck. Once you reach the truck the mission ends.
You can play all the Special Ops missions in 3 difficulty. Playing the mission in Regular difficulty will give you a star, in Hardened you will get 2 stars and if you play in Veteran difficulty you will get 3 stars.
